Refund policy
Regular Items
- Items purchased online may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not give money back.
- Jewelry, hats, accessories, liquid, and sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sugar Creek Clothing must be contacted at (1)-501-207-3738 or @sugarcreekclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery in order for items to be eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
- We have the right to refuse any items we believe have been washed, worn or damaged in any way. Original tags must be attached.
Defective Items

If you have received an item that is defective, please contact customer care @sugarcreekclothing within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
