Refund policy

Regular Items

  • Items purchased online may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not give money back. 
  • Jewelry, hats, accessories, liquid, and sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sugar Creek Clothing must be contacted at (1)-501-207-3738 or @sugarcreekclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery in order for items to be eligible for return.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
  • We have the right to refuse any items we believe have been washed, worn or damaged in any way. Original tags must be attached. 

Defective Items

  • If you have received an item that is defective, please contact customer care @sugarcreekclothing within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.
